A great package for those who just need help getting started, or at any other point where a little assistance is needed!
• Up to three hours of consultation regarding your
planning
• Referral to reputable vendors and advice regarding
contracts
• Unlimited basic email and telephone questions
• Full payment required of signing contract
Wedding Coordinator Package
Wedding Coordinator Package - $750
Perfect for those wanting professional assistance ONLY on the day of their wedding!
• Initial meeting with the couple to gather information
• Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor
services 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day
• Assistance in development of a wedding day itinerary
• Conduct Rehearsal up to 2 hours
• Consultant’s services on the wedding day for a maximum
of ten hours
• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary,
vendors, and the wedding party
• Deposit at signing of contract with balance due one week
before the wedding day
Wedding Planner Package
Wedding Planner Package - $1,200
Need full assistance with your plans, but not wedding day directing services
• Up to ten hours of consultation regarding your planning
• Referral to reputable vendors, review of vendor
contracts, and confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior
to the wedding
• Assistance in developing your wedding day itinerary
• FREE Wedding Style Consultation
• One visit to your ceremony and reception venue prior to
the wedding (travel charges may apply)
• Unlimited email and telephone questions
Wedding Producer Package
Wedding Producer Package - $2500
All inclusive wedding package
• Up to ten hours of consultation regarding your planning
• Referral to reputable vendors, review of vendor contracts, and
confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
• Assistance in developing your wedding day itinerary
• FREE Wedding Style Consultation
• One visit to your ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding
(travel charges may apply)
• Unlimited email and telephone questions
• Coordinator attendance and assistance at the wedding ceremony
rehearsal
• Coordinator services on the wedding day for a maximum of twelve
hours
• Personal management of wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding
party
• Deposit at signing of contract with balance due on the wedding day

Hourly Consultation - Price: $150
• Whether this is step one in your wedding planning process or you
already have everything planned, this service gives the couple the
opportunity to ask any questions or receive advice from a professional.
Wedding Blueprint Creation - Price: $300
• This is the perfect service for the couple that wants to plan their own
wedding but would like a helping hand in the process. I will prepare an
estimated budget. outline, and guide for the couple looking for a roadmap.
RSVP + Invitation/Save the Date Creation - Price: $450
• Not only does this service include invitation and save the date creation, it also
includes RSVP management. I will manage all of the RSVP’s and put them in
a spreadsheet. This is the perfect resource for managing table arrangements.
